Strong wifi but no mini-fridge, and shower flooded a bit. Tv was nice.

Breakfast with a nice warm sandwich and brioches, for instance. Nicely updated, soundproof room with the shower, all the basics, as example, and very attentive staff.

comfortable bed, very good bathroom and a work desk, tea/coffee making equipment, and an lcd tv in the room. magnificent view from the window over street. location near to metro station and central train station, the city center in 15-20 minutes, and the restaurant nearby. also, in fast food shop.

Oh, the food scene around here is epic! Stopped by Spontini for some of the best pizza, and don't miss the creamy gelato at Pretto Gelateria! The location is a hotspot with easy access to trains-perfect for heading to Duomo. Plus, the large overhead rain shower made my evening after a day of culinary explorations!

My only comment? The showers are a tad small and figuring out the temperature at the sink was a bit of a puzzle. Still, the room was amazing!

La posizione comoda e il piccolo bar fuori dall'hotel del signor Vanni milanese doc , che e super simpatico e ha dei prezzi incredibili. Le ragazze della reception sono molto gentili e disponibili, la stanza era pulita.

Le stanze non sono insonorizzate, dal corridoio si sente tutto e la carta igienica non era sufficiente nemmeno per una notte 😂

The rooms were spacious, clean, and decorated with modern amenities. The location is superb, just a short walk from the Central Station.

Klick Hotel is a small family(?)-run hotel that occupies one floor of an office building. For someone that only needs a room to sleep it is perfect. It is very close to the stazione centrale, and the rooms though small are clean and comfortable. The staff is chinese, so if you speak chinese this could be helpful. Important to note that the hotel has absolutely no facilities other than the rooms, but the surrounding area provides plenty of convenient options for meals.

The heating in our room was stuck. Outside was -6 degrees, but inside it felt like 30 degrees.

Klick Hotel was very conveniently located near the Central Train Station in Milan. Contrary to what I had read in reviews, it was not hard to find. It is small but the room was clean and comfortable, the bathroom was very good, and the free wifi worked well. The staff were excellent: they could not have been nicer or more helpful

The view of the central station from my room was amazing, and the breakfast delivered to our door each morning was a good start to the day.

Friendly staff. Very quiet

No internet. First we had internet, second night we had no internet and we moved to another hotel. Girl who worked at night could reset the modem.

I like the location. It is 5min walk to the Centrale station. This is good if you need to travel to the Malpensa Airport in the next morning. The hotel rate w/o BF is value for money.

The pillow is very thin which makes me feel uncomfortable. I have asked for extra pillow and the hotel staff told me no more pillow available that night. It was unbelievable! As such, I have to use my winter jacket to thicken the pillow.

Couldn't recommend more for a holiday.

Spacious room, modern amenities, with amazing views of the central station, and the location is convenient, just a 5-minute walk from the main transport hub, with access to explore various attractions.

Why does it have only 1 star? Still a mystery for me. This "hidden treasure" of a hotel is perfect for those traveling by train, as it is right across the street from Stazione Centrale (Milan Central Station). Our room was very clean, quite spacious and the bed very comfortable (we found the room exactly as shown in photos here). I really recommend this hotel, it is a great value for the money!
